Please ensure vehicles are parked only in one of the following locations:
1) Your assigned unit driveway or garage
2) Visitor parking: Three (3) designated visitor parking stalls located in front of Building 3
3) Parking Lot 2 (Panorama Mountain Resort) if on-site parking is unavailable. See map here.
There is space for 1 vehicle in our driveway. The driveway is steep, and short. We recommend baking in, and have provided rubber parking stops as a guide. Many neighbours have backed into their garage doors, so use caution! There is road salt provided (in the orange bucket in the garage) in case there is ice on the driveway.

Our unit has a compact, high efficiency washer and dryer. They are sufficient for small loads of household laundry but not large enough to wash a king duvet cover, for example (these are laundered offsite). Please be advised that the dryer takes around 2 hours to complete a dry cycle. Laundry detergent is provided.

The dishwasher will not start unless properly latched. Ensure that the racks are fully set back, press the start button and then FIRMLY shut the dishwasher door until you hear a CLICK. If properly engaged, you will start to hear the dishwasher running within a few seconds. If not properly engaged, the dishwasher will turn off after a few minutes.

We love our cleaning team and think they do a great job! We decided NOT to go with fixed cleaning fees (i.e. fee that is the same regardless of time required to clean). This allows the guests the flexibility of deciding how to leave the unit/ what they want to pay for cleaning. On average, the unit costs $300 to clean. However, heavy use, or the requirement to bring laundry offsite can increase this number. If you wish to lower the cleaning fee, the following items will help:
Use only the beds/ bedrooms that you need. Let us know if you are not planning to use certain rooms and we will not have the cleaners make up those beds.
The unit has 4 bathrooms, and bathrooms take considerable time to clean! Use only the washrooms you need, and we can let the cleaners know.
A tidier unit upon checkout takes less time to clean.
Starting the dishwasher, and/or putting away clean dishes.
Taking out the garbage and recycling (bins located at the end of unit 501).
Using the squeegee to remove washer from the shower door glass in master bath after use.
Stripping the beds before you leave.
Starting a load or two of laundry (e.g. towels) before you check out.

The built-in unit to the left of the kitchen houses our coffee-and-tea station. We have both a french press and a drip coffee machine, as well as a coffee grinder. Using both the coffee maker and the kettle at the same time may trip the breaker. When you are finished using the coffee maker, please turn the unit off. Coffee beans are located in the freezer below the fridge. There is a digital food scale you can use to weigh your beans if you wish! Tea is located in the top drawer below the kettle. There is also a Soda Stream sparkling water maker and two bottles. Replacement C02 carttridge can be found above the fridge. If you replace the cartridge, please put the empty cartridge on top of the basement freezer (inside the furnace room) and we will have it refilled. Do NOT discard the empty cartridge!

Our unit is located about 100m from the base of the silver platter (poma lift). Eventually, we will be able to walk directly between the buildings to access the lift but the area is currently closed for construction. You can walk down the road to the right, then around building 7, and along the road to the left to reach the Silver Platter. It is a 3-4 minute walk. You can ride the platter once without a lift ticket; allowing you to take the platter up, ski down to the day lodge, and purchase your lift tickets. Just tell the lift attendant that you are going to buy a ticket and they will have you sign in on a piece of paper, then allow you to ride. Alternatively, you can drive or walk up to the daylodge (15 minute walk/ 2 minute drive) to purchase your lift tickets. We recommend getting your lift tickets the evening before, if you arrive in time.

Please keep the patio furniture covered when not in use. Secure the covers using the elastic ties and/or by tucking it under the legs of the furniture. Thanks
Fire table
Propane tank is under the grey side table. Turn tank on.
On the fire table, push the gas button and turn it to low, press and hold the igniter until the fire ignites. Keep the gas held/pushed in for a few seconds before you let go.
Turn off propane when you’re done.
Cover the fire table with the cover (put the piece of wood over the pit so that rain/snow doesn’t pool in the pit)
